A daily habit
I take a shotglass of the RawBiotics range every day upon waking. I cycle between the different variants. So when I’m done with the “Daily”, I switch to the “Defence”, etc. I belive that changing things up gives one’s body exposure to a wide variety of the beneficial ingredients. I also make use of the smaller bottles during domestic and international travels.
