Our refund and returns policy lasts up to 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item can be used, however in the same packaging that you received it.

No types of goods are exempt from being returned. We will handle every return on a case-by-case basis and ensure customer satisfaction. We do apply basic terms and conditions to the return or replacement and will not entertain senseless behaviour, no matter who your father is.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

Refunds

On-site returns: Once your return is received and inspected, we will immediately replace or refund.

Off-site returns: Please send an email or WhatsApp to notify us of the issue. Once we have reviewed the problem we can advise if we will send a replacement or if the faulty package needs to be sent back to us before, replacement or refund. Herb Shack will cover all courier costs to and from the original delivery destination.

If a refund is requested, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
